Baldwin Hills CSD Settlement

L.A. County, Culver City, Natural Resources Defense Center, Concerned Citizens for South Central Los Angeles, Community Health Councils, Citizens Coalition for a Safe Community and PXP announce a momentous settlement agreement in the CSD litigation. The Settlement satisfactorily augments the protections in the CSD and provides a framework for safeguarding community health, safety, and security.
